Part Payment Initiation

Clients opting for the part payment method must initiate the process through our customer representative via the live chat feature on our website, www.starrallyexpress.com. It is the client's responsibility to ensure timely communication with our representatives to arrange the payment schedule.

Payment Completion and Shipment Release

The release of the shipment is contingent upon the full settlement of the clearance fee, whether through part payments or a lump sum payment. Starrally Express reserves the right to hold the shipment until the total clearance fee, including any accrued storage charges, is paid in full.

Liability and Insurance

Any delay in initiating the clearance fee payment will result in additional storage charges for the space occupied by the shipment. These charges are accrued daily and will be added to the total clearance fee amount. Clients are advised to initiate payment promptly to avoid incurring these additional costs.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Shipping Laws and Regulations. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties.

Storage Fees

Proof of Payment:

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of shipment and requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to support@starrallyexpress.com Refunds are subject to the terms of our refund policy, which can be found on our website. Please note that any storage fees accrued before cancellation will not be refunded.
